1. Go to the login page of the TN Labour Portal.

Step I:- At first, all registered candidates need to log in to their TN Labour Portal @labour.tn.gov.in using the relevant details.

Step II:- Now, you need to select the scheme/ act you wish to apply for. Click on it.

Step III:- After that, choose the appropriate service amongst
– Registration
– Renewal
– Amendment
– Transfer
– Closure

Step IV:- Fill in the details asked. Then, upload all the supporting documents in the stiplulated format.

Step V:- Tick the checkbox claiming your agreement or consent. Click on the “Submit” button underneath.

• Registration- Inter State Migrant Workman
  a) Photo ID Proof, such as PAN Card, Voter Card, etc.
  b) Residential Proof of the owner of the establishment
  c) Location of the establishment
  d) List of the contractors along with their copies of respective agreements
  e) GST Certificate/ Rent Agreement/ NOC, as applicable

• Registration- Motor Transport
  a) ID Proof, such as PAN Card, Voter Card, etc.

How to check TN Labour Application Status?

Upon successful submission of the application form, the applicants can check the status of their TN Labour applications online through its official portal. Check the procedure described below for the same.

• On the login page of the Tamil Nadu Labour Portal, click on the “Application Status” tab available on the menu bar.

• Enter your application number in the designated space.
• Click on the “Search” button.
